This three bedroom apartment is located on the outskirts of the busy town of Torremolinos. Surrounded by a selection of shops, cafes & restaurants, this area has everything you need just a stone throw away. Just 1km away and you can venture into the heart of Torremolinos to discover an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. Just 1.5km away you will find the long stretches of sandy beach, with a selection of beach bars and restaurants

The apartment is located on the fifth floor, with access by lift and is arranged over one level. The open plan living space offers an aircon unit, a dining seating area, an L shaped sofa, an armchair with foot stool and a 47¨smart TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace can be accessed from the lounge area and is furnished with a further dining table and chairs. Views over the pool can be enjoyed and there is an awning available for the hotter days when shade is needed.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a fan. The second bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, a separate wardrobe and a fan. The third bedroom is adjoining the second bedroom and is furnished with bunkbeds, a wardrobe and a fan.


Torremolinos is located just 10kms from Malaga Airport and offers 7km of coastline, bordered by a great seafront promenade and with several wonderful sandy beaches including the nearest one Playa del Bajondillos, beach bars with an array of cuisine, shops and water sports including including windsurfing, paragliding, water skiing and pedal boats.

Torremolinos also boasts the largest water park on the Costa del Sol, Aqualand, which is a great days out for all the family, and even has a mini golf course. Also close by in the area is the Crocodile Park, a theme park where more than 260 crocodiles live as well as a petting zoo.

For big night entertainment, Torremolinos has it all and close by is also the Benalmadena Marina Port with every kind of nightlife and restaurants you could wish for. For those looking for something a bit more peaceful, there are three forests with freshwater springs and barbecue facilities just on the outskirts of town. For the golfers there are many clubs along the Costa del Sol.

The apartment was brilliant 🤩 we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend to anyone. The apartment is very close to the supermarkets and shopping area. Also a few minutes walk to the water park. Will definitely be going back my whole family had an amazing time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cet appartement n'est pas à conseiller pour 3 chambres

Mon amie Denise Bourgeois vous a déjà fait les commentaires qui sont les mêmes que moi. Odeur désagréable de la cuisine qui semblait provenir du lavabo. Hotte de cuisine très graisseuse. Avons tout nettoyer à notre arrivée. Devons passer par une autre chambre pour aller dans la troisième chambre, ce qui est très dérangeant le lit de cette chambre n'est pas confortable et l'espace très restreinte, avons de la difficulté à y mettre des vêtements. Il manquait des tables de chevet et des lampes d'appoints. Le chauffage de la thermopompe du salon ne se rendait pas dans les chambres. Heureusement qu'on a eu une bonne communication avec le gestionnaire de l'appartement qui est venu changer une pièce du renvoie du lavabo de cuisine mais les odeurs nauséabondes ont repris par la suite. Ils nous ont amener deux chaufferettes pour mettre dans les chambres , 2 lampes d'appoints et des rallonges de prises électriques, ils ont été très gentils. La femme de ménage qui est venue a fait un excellent travail. On a eu un excellent accueil à notre arrivée avec le chauffeur de taxi MINICAB qui nous a remis les clés de l'appartement et c'est le même qui nous a reconduit à l'aéroport lors de notre départ, toujours à l'heure et d'une compagnie très agréable. Pour ce qui est de l'appartement, il y a beaucoup d'amélioration à faire, Vous pouvez revoir les courriels que mon amie Denise Bourgeois vous a envoyé concernant notre séjour. L'Andalousie est une belle région et je le conseille à mes amis mais
