The front desk guy was a great ambassador for the hotel! Super friendly and always helpful! Hotel was just so so not so great. Our room smelled and felt unclean. Furniture was badly worn didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the couch kinda gross. Needs a facelift with new furnishings!

Good breakfast Transportation to hush gardens was great Room was gross. Dirty and stained couch and rug. Bathroom was gross. Light was loud and scary. Rooms are in desperate need of a renovation. I slept with my hood on

Due to the weather there was a lot of wet areas and no signs. I almost slipped by the elevator. Then in my room there was broken glass that I found near the AC unit. We ended up taking our breakfast to our room because there wasn't any available seating. Just expected the hotel to look a bit better like in the photos on your website.

I open a complaint with the Hyatt. My room was not ready for almost 2 hours after check in time. The manager seemed not to care that my kids were soaking wet and later on my husban couldn't get a wine.
