Our bathtub wouldn’t drain, the elevators had duct tape covering holes in the floor, there was no pressure from the sink or shower, the pool was out of order, the two back doors from the parking lot were out of order so we had to take a long walk in the cold to the front of the hotel to get in.

Staff was horrible, shuttle service was no where to be found. I called after waiting 45 minutes the front desk kept putting me on hold. My daughter called on her phone she took the call and when she asked about the driver she hung up. The driver came screaming at me that he was their which was a complete lie. Then asked another passenger and she too agreed that she was waiting for 45 minutes. The bathroom door would not close. Water dripping all night on shower. No refrigerator in room or microwave.

Staff was very unhelpful at check in. No Hilton cookies, nothing about Hilton honors points mentioned. Parking was very limited unless you wanted to pay to park by the hotel that you were already paying to Stay at. The security gates weren’t working at all , people were Coming and going regardless of paid parking. A modification in our stay wasn’t allowed at check in despite documentation that did confirm allowed changes. For being a “Hilton” branched location it was definitely not up to Hilton expectations per other properties that ive stayed at.

I didn’t like that I was not given an option to have park my car ! And had to pay $140 for 7 days! Last time at other hotel parking was free! I don’t think I ll use this hotel again!
