Ski trip
The house was perfect in size and coziness. 8 adults and one child and everyone had a bed. They even had a rollaway bed. Hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes, kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget. Beds were comfortable. Communication was prompt when needed.

great place to stay
couple of little hitches, the stairway was steep for our group, we were all over 65. No remote on one tv and the oven was not cleaned previously. But what a great location and wonderful home

Abbreviated stay
Hard to do a full review because we only stayed one night. The neighborhood had a water outage that started overnight and lasted more than 12 hours. It was good that Vacasa could move us to an alternate house.
The stairs to the second floor are very steep. Since all the bedrooms are on that floor, would to recommend the house for a group that includes people with any mobility issues.

Fabulous cabin style house with lots of room
This is a huge property with plenty of sleeping accommodations. We had everything we needed. It was an easy check in/check out, enough parking for our three cars, and everything we needed to cook our own meals. The upstairs Masters bed/bath was modern and fresh. We especially loved the hot tub!

Wonderful Cabin and Hot Tub
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was very clean, well stocked, and the outdoor deck and hot tub was fantastic. It’s within viewing distance of the river and so cool to sit in the hot tub and watch mule deer walking through the snow. The stairs are very steep, as others have mentioned. It wasn’t much of an issue for us, but worth noting that all of the bedrooms and showers are upstairs, so it might not be the best choice for those with small children or older guests. We loved it and can’t wait to come back.

Christmas Ski Trip
House was very comfortable and well-stocked with all of the essentials. One thing we could not find were the sheets to the sofa bed but we made due. Otherwise, a great property and we would love to stay here again.

5 Star with a Caveat
Bear Shed is a spacious, well equipped house in a great location. Beds are comfortable, the hot tub was great and the WIFI works! The inside of the house was clean, but the outside was in serious need of cleaning the cobwebs and the cottonwood lint that was entangled in it from baseboards to the ceiling. To their credit, as soon as we mentioned it, a maintenance man came and did a great job cleaning it up. Only one thing needs special mention; the stairs to the upstairs where all the bedrooms are is a real serious safety risk if you are not healthy and careful. The stairs are at a 45 degree angle (with handrails that are absolutely vital) and the steps are only 10 inches deep so your feet will not completely fit on the steps. Small children would be at risk in my opinion unless they crawl up and down the stairs because of how steep the grade.
We stayed a week and would definitely consider staying there again unless our young grandkids were with us.

Bear Shed - dark !
The 1st floor of the Bear Shed is very dark compared to the online photos.
The online photos should represent reality not a photoshopped version !!
