unresponsible hotel stay
i went there and the hotel is closed , call their hotel but no. just dun get through. ask for refund but was rejected . what this meaning. what is self check in where by there is no instruction . press the bell so long no one is there . couldnt believe this is how a hotel do things . even if u closed counter at 10pm but fyi i was there at 930pm but no one came to answer the door and bell ring for asistance. it is not fair to charge me when i didnt even pay.

Quite a good place given for the price. Hygiene of areas outside the property is a little bit below average as a result of building site.
