Once you've experienced Old Town, the trolley station is a six minute walk away to explore the rest of San Diego. This house is central and minutes away to beach, zoo, balboa park, downtown, sea world, airport, and more!

Enjoy this historical home that has been recently renovated with our guests in mind! All spaces are contained to one spacious main floor. The open space kitchen, living room and dining room are perfect for entertaining. The entire home has a very trendy and stylish vibe to make you feel right at home. This property boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two extra stow-away twin size beds. Each bedroom and main area also has their own AC unit and heating unit for comfort and control.

Other things to note:
-Since you will be directly in the hustle and bustle of Old Town, please keep in mind that you may experience noise from the streets. This is a very lively area on weekends.
-The property has been updated with a big screen smart tv in the living room. No cable, but you can log in to all apps and channels with your personal account.
-If you need extra parking (more than the 2 spaces provided) please ask in advance, we may be able to accommodate you.
-Please send an inquiry if there is anything you may need for your stay. We may be able to lend some items e.g.: baby items/furniture, kid’s bathtub, foldable wheelchair ramp, use of a washer and dryer, ect.

Such a great house in an incredible location.

We loved this house!!!! Such a great location to walk to so many amazing restaurants and shops. Loved the modern kitchen, bathrooms and spacious rooms. Beds and linens were super comfy and quite at nights, sleep is important to me. Parking is great behind a gate, but super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Clean/Functional Home

I rented this property for a family reunion. The Property Manager was great to work with and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The location allowed us to meet up and walk to local restaurants so we didn't have to deal with parking. And its proximity to downtown San Diego and Liberty Station made it extremely convient for all of our functions. I would definitely recommend this property,

Marine Corps graduation

We loved staying here! It was perfect for all the Marine Corps graduation events for celebrating our grandson. So convenient to everything at the MC base, the airport, and close to all the stuff we wanted to take in while in SD, like Balboa Park, Point Loma. Extra bonus that we could walk right into Old Town from the house!

Really Cool Property

This was a great property tucked into the middle of Old Town. Walking distance to all Old Town had to offer. The host was attentive to all requests we had, and we weren't the easiest of guests to get along with but he was attentive and courteous the whole time. The next time I go to San Diego, I'm checking to see if Zach's property is available first.

This place was perfect for our family stay in San Diego. If you're looking for a nicer place from the exterior this place was not quite what showed in the photos. The inside is much nicer than the outside. There was plenty of what we needed for our stay and the inside was very comfortable.

Hidden Gem in Old Town
