Featuring a private pool and spa, generous bedrooms, soaring ceilings, elegant finishes, ample indoor and outdoor living areas and panoramic views of Downtown San Diego, San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean, this home is an incredible value for the size and quality.

Perfect for families, multiple families, corporate groups, convention goers and those who want easy access to the best that San Diego has to offer. This home is just a 10 minute Uber ride to the San Diego Convention Center, Gaslamp Quarter, Mission Bay or San Diego International Airport and 5 minutes to Little Italy, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and Bankers Hill. This home is also walking distance to Historic Old Town where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and historic monuments.

If you prefer to enjoy San Diego from the comfort of this home, you won’t be disappointed.

From the west facing rooftop deck with outdoor living room furniture, enjoy a cocktail as you watch the planes fly into San Diego International Airport, enjoy the sunset over San Diego Bay, or watch the Sea World fireworks after dark. This house has panoramic views of the Downtown skyline, city lights, San Diego Bay and Pacific Ocean.

The backyard features an elegant pool and jacuzzi with chaise lounge chairs and ample seating for outdoor entertaining and eating.

Inside, you have five bedrooms that can sleep between 12-14 people, and 4 full baths.

Upstairs are two master suites, both with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets and access to a large west facing private terrace with chaise lounge chairs.

Two other guest rooms have queen beds. One guest room has a queen bed and a bunk bed, which will be updated in late June 2019 with two queen size bunk beds (that’s four beds, with upgraded mattresses and adult size beds, for the ability to sleep up to 8 in one room.)

We also provide a Crib in one master bedroom and have pack and plays for small children. Each bedroom features a large LCD TV with DVD player and individual air conditioning units.

All the bathrooms are tastefully decorated with stone showers and tub. Generous linens, pool towel, extra blankets and pillows are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking supplies, pots/pans/plates/glassware/etc.

Enjoy the indoor or covered outdoor dining rooms, the gas BBQ, entertainment system and brand-new comfortable living room furniture.

Family vacation

House was in central location for excursion elsewhere. Parking was tuff when school was letting out and for when they had an event going. Lotsa stairs in the home so you if you have knee issues would not recommend. Was disappointed with the pool and hot tub - had some issue that could not be fixed during our stay. Roof top view was beautiful . Had sink issues and Ali had the people there to fix it same day. He was very accomodating with items that needed attention .

Guys weekend

Overall, the stay was really good. The place is a little outdated and had some damage/items that were not in working order, but overall the amenities were good. There was really good food that was close as well. The host was incredibly accommodating and very communicative during the process.

Not what I expected, might be past its prime

This property had great reviews so I was really surprised we had so many issues. It seems like it is past its prime. Things are really starting the fall apart. It rained one day and water flooded into a room. The pool was filled with green algae and not cleaned. The kitchen sink connection broke away from the faucet 3 times spraying water everywhere. The garage sensors went out. So I couldn’t close the garage. And a giant mirror completely fell off the wall the morning after it rained. It was a lot and in all honesty really took away from the trip. The property manager was quick to send someone when I first reached out about the water leak and the mirror. Which I appreciated. And I would have been totally content if that was the extent of the problems. But things just kept happening which was a bummer. Without the issues the property is in a great, quiet and safe location. It is huge with a ton of room for all guests.

Great temporary home for our extended family!

Grandma, two daughters, their husbands and six kids enjoyed a wonderful stay for a week. The property is very spacious and everybody enjoyed their own favourite places. One granddaughter drew many pictures up on the roof, all enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub! The kitchen was well equipped. Comfortably furnished. Great home for a large group!

Great place

Overall the place is amazing. Good layout. Pool is great. Nothing can beat that rooftop with the views and space. My only suggestion is to get rid of the massive nightstands in the two rooms that have queen beds and get small skinny ones and King size beds. Would be much better for most guests that way.

We were looking for a place to stay for my son's bootcamp graduation that could accommodate at least 10 adults. This rental was perfect. Plenty of sleeping space and 4 full bathrooms! Great spaces to hang out and visit. I would highly recommend it for large group gatherings.

Great house

Great views, big house

Spacious house with lots of free street parking out front. More than enough room for the nine people who stayed there. Could've been a bit cleaner upon arrival but the host was very accommodating and offered to send a cleaning crew. The hot tub and pool were great, and the rooms had comfortable bedding. View from the rooftop can't be beat! Would stay there again.

Family gathering

Tuscan villa was a perfect fit for my husband’s 50th birthday gathering of twelve adults. We especially enjoyed the pool, spa, roof top deck and amazing kitchen! All the beds were comfortable and we had enough rooms and beds for multiple family members. Nothing negative that I can think of, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!

Great place with a couple inconveniences

The place was very nice, it was easy to get to and not far from downtown. Getting into the property was easy with the codes and made it feel secure. The house had plenty of towels and was overall very spacious. The one main issue we had was the wifi was pretty much unusable, even after restarting the router, it wouldn't reach the upstairs and even in the living room right next to where the router was, you could barely get anything. Also, we did use the grill which was very nice but the grill brush had maybe 3 bristles left on it so it definitely needed to be replaced. The area the house is in can be a bit noisy at times, especially at night since you can hear the highway traffic and the occasional train so some people in our group had trouble sleeping. The pool and hot tub were nice but every time we wanted to use the hot tub, we'd have to wait 30 minutes for it to get up to temp. The first room at the top of the upstairs had no hot water in the bathroom and the light outside the shower didn't work; some of the towels were also dirty and the room/bathroom didn't seem like it had been cleaned well according to the person that stayed in that room. We also had a random daily occurrence where the alarm would indicate that the middle floor bedroom window was opened even though nobody was in there so I think that sensor may be going out. Overall, I think it was a good place to stay but could be made better with a few minor changes.

The listing was as described and the owner quick to provide information as needed. The location was super convenient with easy access to major travel routes. The home was spacious for our party of nine. The individual air conditioning control for each bedroom was a definite plus.

Love the pool and views

This is a very nice house with a great pool and location for everything we wanted to do in San Diego. I would give everyone a quick warning; there are a lot of steps so if you have anyone who has trouble navigating stairs, I would look elsewhere. We did have a slight issue with the plumbing, but the property owner was able to resolve it very very quickly. The views from the upper roof are amazing, especially at Sunset.

Best House

Great Location, Great views specially for the 4th of July. We did not have to leave the property because from the roof top we could watch all the 4 point the fire works were fired from. Just an amazing experience overall. 100% recommend renting this place and I will try to rent it again when I am back in San Diego.

Family reunion and retirement celebration

We had family in from the east coast and Texas for a retirement ceremony. We rented 3 properties in total but hung out at this property the majority of the time, grilling and at the pool. Walking distance to old Town, crib for the babies and other accessories for the kiddos. We had a great time even though sunny San Diego wasn’t so sunny for our stay lol. First week of June 2024.

I stayed here with a group of 12 friends. The host was very prompt with communication prior to booking and arrival about the check-in process. The property was great, it had everything we needed for our stay. The pool/rooftop area was awesome. Definitely recommend this house if you're staying with a larger group. Thanks!

Great for a Group

We had a great 3 night stay celebrating our dear friend’s bachelorette party. Here are the pros and cons - Pros: - Very comfy beds - Pool is quite large and hot tub heats up fast - Having 4 bathrooms and 4 showers was great for our group of 12 - Lots of hot water, even with 12 of us showering! - Good location close to old town and quick rides to the airport, Little Italy, and Pacific Beach Cons: - I agree with some of the other reviews saying the house could use a deep clean. The outdoor furniture especially. - The wifi signal was very weak in most of the house. - The freeway noise was fine in the pool and most of the rooms except for the two king bedded rooms which face I-5 and the upper roof deck. It was quite loud in those 3 spaces. - Lacking basics like aluminum foil and body wash. Needed a few more bath towels. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space for the whole group.

Spring Break with the Whole Family

Great setting for the whole family. The location was ideal ofr us, centrally located for what we had planned during our stay. My husband and I ran every morning on nearby Sunset Blvd, it was safe and comfortable. House and pool were great for the kids. Everyone slept well in comfortable beds. Rooftop is nice to watch the kids swim from, or the planes from the airport. Train can sometimes be loud at night but nothing that ruined our experience of our trip/stay.
