The house which is set over two storeys has thick stone walls which make it cool in summer and easily heated in winter. It is one of the few properties in the village which has a garden. This provides a private area for sunbathing or barbequing and is planted with lemon and mandarin trees which offer welcome shade from the summer sun.

Entering the house through the courtyard, the upstairs has a comfortable lounge, modern fitted kitchen (2013) and dining area. It has an open fireplace with wood burning stove which heats the house in winter. In the summer the cross ventilation from the dual aspect shuttered windows ensures that the room doesn't get too hot.

The downstairs offers an extremely spacious bedroom with ample wardrobe space. The room is large enough to accommodate two people in the double bed and another single person on the additional fold-up bed.

A Wonderful Week in Ano Vathi
We really enjoyed our stay at Phillip's place in Ano Vathi - we only wish we could have stayed longer! The garden was lovely and the house is in a quiet area, but only a minute's walk from the local taverna. The house had everything we needed and communication with Phil was really really easy. We highly recommend this property and hope to have the chance to come back soon!
