A Bit More Attention to Detail
The complex is great in reference to: location, living space, Intercoastal Waterway & Ocean views, Amenities, Safety, Parking, Price
Upgrades &/or Repairs or Replacements: Dishwasher, bedding linens, some furnishings, umbrella for Balcony, utensils & cooking supplies
All-n-All; the Condo was Averagely Equipped & Basically Clean but a bit more attention to details could make this a Dream Vacation Rental with a 5* rating

It was work the cost
The property was pretty well maintained and clean great community and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Some small items like a ceiling fan in bedroom apparently lost the cord to allow fan to operate without the light on and bathroom in bedroom #3 the toilet runs as stopper needs replaced and front door needs weatherstrip to seal door and save energy costs. Overall a beautiful view and good layout (3 BR and 3 Bath). We would stay here again good amenities and close to beaches very relaxing atmosphere.
