Lacking Communication and Accuracy
Upon arrival it became clear that the description of the property was inaccurate, it was not a clean building and the unit is on the second floor walk up. This information I feel is very important when making a decision on whether or not to select the property. Once in the unit for a day I realized that the refrigerator was not working and all of the food I brought with me was ruined. I reached out to the property manager and after difficulty reaching him he finally came to the unit and told me that I had not set the gauge correctly. I tried to explain that indeed I had to no avail. He left stating that he would be back in touch the next day for an update, he never reached out or responded to my several messages left stating that indeed it did not work. A week without a refrigerator was less than pleasant. I would not recommend staying here.
