Lovely new property

Great south-facing deck. Clean and functional cottage. Ceiling fans work really well to keep the rooms cool. Gas and charcoal BBQs worked well. Cottage is newly renovated and clean. All supplies working well. One thing to note is that access to water is a set of 38 or 40 stairs (solid stairs). The dock currently has no ladder. The bottom is mucky and weedy. But the place was so great that it is was a minor inconvenience. Thanks for having us and being responsive to our needs.
