We would be asleep and kids upstairs were jumping and running in the room and that would wake us up this went on every night for a good 2 hours. Then it would start again at 3-4 in the morning and wake us up.
The in room phone did not work either

Great family getaway
Loved everything about the resort and the room. The resort has so much to offer. Little extras that go a long way. Would definitely stay here again. Nice price point, clean, and close to Branson without being in the middle of it.

Worst Property Management Company Ever
26 of us were assembling here for a family reunion. 5 days before our scheduled check-in, the property management company called and cancelled rooms for 24 of us... leaving us to scramble to find other accommodations. 2 of us still had rooms on site, but the other 24 family members ended up having to stay in a dump of a property 40 minutes away. This property management company is incredibly shady, and is 100% in cahoots with Bass Pro. VRBO was absolutely zero help in trying to resolve any of this, and continues to market these rooms, knowing full well that the consumers may very well get screwed over.
Book at your own risk and peril. VRBO, BlueGreen Vacations, Vacation Rental Pros, and in part Big Cedar/Bass Pro ruined our family reunion.

Great vacation on a budget
We got to enjoy all of Big Cedar’s amenities at a fraction of the cost! Having the outdoor heat pools open was a bonus and there was so much to do. The only downfall was that the people staying above us were very noisy late at night and early in the morning. Even with ear plugs in I could hear them walking around and using the restroom!
