This house has 2 bedrooms 1 bath with a spacious shower and kitchen. A great overnight space or comfortable long stay for those wanting to explore the cities great food, breweries, parks, and trails! just a few minutes to Publix, Kroger, Whole foods and restaurants.

The Space is very spacious and cozy. It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 7 people.
⭐Bedroom1: It has a very comfortable pillow top queen size bed with a smart Tv, reading chair, dresser.
⭐Bedroom2: 1 comfortable queen bed +1 twin bed and a dedicated working desk with a smart TV.
⭐Livingroom: 65 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a full-size bed.
⭐Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.
⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Gas stove and oven, toaster and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper etc.

Great neighborhood, close to everything
We enjoyed our stay in Malvin Gardens, such a beautiful neighborhood. We walked to Stella's to pick up dinner which was delicious! Comfortable beds, adequate seating and kitchenware. Plenty of street parking plus the two spaces behind the house and Mei checked in on us and was available for any questions.Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great Spot in Richmond!
Our stay was during the Thanksgiving holiday and it was the perfect spot to take a break, put our feet up and relax between visits and fun. Very quiet, lovely neighborhood. Felt very safe to take a walk and to come and go at night. This was our 2nd stay here and we’ll return!
