Stunning sugar-white sand. Beautiful turquoise water. Gorgeous view for miles. Who wouldn’t want to spend their vacation on Navarre Beach, FL, especially when you can stay in this fabulous 2BR/2BA upscale gulf-front condo on the highly desired 16th floor of the Pearl Building. The condo has absolutely spectacular views of the Gulf and surrounding area.

This lovely appointed large condo has an incredible view from the floor to ceiling, wall to wall sliding glass doors to showcase the Gulf of Mexico. The sliding glass door lets in an abundant amount of light. The condo can comfortably sleep 6 people with a king bed in the master and a King in the second bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bathroom offers an oversized shower and separate oversized tub. The second bathroom is a shower/tub combination.

Bedroom Configurations:
Master bedroom: (1) King bed: sleeps 2.
2nd Bedroom: (1) King bed: sleeps 2.
Living Room: Pull out Couch-Double bed: sleeps 2.
The condo feels airy and spacious, the open concept is incredible!

The balcony on the back of the condo is the perfect spot to sit, relax and enjoy a glass of wine.

The fully equipped main kitchen has all you need for fabulous meals during your stay. All dishes, cutlery and pots and pans are provided. The dining table offers a beautiful view of the Gulf and island.

The West pool is heated full-time.

The wide expansive beach front is a most desirable key feature of the Pearl.

You are very close to Navarre Beach pier if you want to go fishing or a beautiful walk. Close by, you can rent jet skis, kayaks, boogie boards and stand-up paddling boards.

Navarre Beach is centrally located between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach/Destin so there are plenty of opportunities to experience the beautiful Gulf coast. You also are just minutes from Pensacola Beach along the Gulf national seashore where there also are lots of dining and entertainment options. Navarre is close to both the Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach airports if you are planning to fly. There are plenty of rent-a-car locations on site.

This unit is a No-Smoking, No Pet condo. The minimum age to rent is 25.

Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

This place was just as pictured in the photos. No upsets. Everything was clean and in working order. They had the kitchen fully stocked with items you might like to use while on vacation. They had beach chairs and beach toys to use as well which was nice. Right on the beach, and view is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

So many wonderful things about this place

This property absolutely met and exceeded all of my family's expectations. From the noticeable cleanliness, to fully stocked kitchen utensils and appliances, to comfortable bedding, and spectacular balcony view of the beach - you'll be hard pressed to find a better spot on Navarre Beach. Aside from the individual unit, the overall property is well maintained. When we wanted to relax, the pool and beach were just a step away. I recommend using 399 and enjoying the lazy beach drive out to Pensacola Beach for more food options.

Wonderful experience, couldn't be better

An absolutely delightful stay. The view is simply delightful and the balcony is a pleasure. The condo was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The primary bathroom is stunning, larger than some bedrooms and with a great soaking jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The furniture was all clean and comfortable, appliances in good shape. The gift basket and greeting card were very welcome thoughtful touches. The Pearl is a fabulous location, the beach access is great and the of course Navarre Beach is to die for. We've stayed at the Pearl before in a different unit--same view and all but the extra touches this owner provided and effort they'd put into maintaining and cleaning made it a superior experience. Definitely coming back.

The best!!

We have been to Destin/Navarre a few times and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed! The condo itself is so spacious and clean, it has absolutely everything you need! Plus the bed and pillows were so comfortable! (Would love to know where they are from!) we were on the 16th floor facing the ocean and it was STUNNING! Multiple times we saw dolphins, manta rays from our balcony. The location was perfect in feeling like you are truly on vacation. I would hands down stay here again! Thank you!

This unit is likely the cleanest, most accommodating, well organized unit I've ever stayed in. Not only that, the customer service and personalization was absolutely top notch! Michelle and her team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in ways I've never experienced before. It's the little things that mean the most. We took a whole plastic bin of little extras that we normally need (salt, pepper, dishwasher pods, paper towels, coffee, etc), however, extras of all those things were already supplied!! There's even a plentiful supply of beach equipment and toys, plus a beach wagon for hauling it!! And let's not forget the views!!! AMAZING!! You have a view of the sound side from the front door, and the beautiful white sand beach and ocean from the balcony. This unit lacks not one single thing to provide the perfect beach getaway. Thank you so much Michelle for the best experience yet!! We will definitely be looking you up again!!!

Great week at the beach!

We loved our condo. This was our first time staying at The Pearl. First of all, access from the parking lot to the interior of the condo building was so easy. We have stayed at others that made you go up and down stairs with all the beach chairs, tents, etc. So much better here. The condo was nice and updated. View of the ocean from the 16th floor was spectacular. I will book this condo again and again.
