Misleading name and advertising
The team member at the front desk was great- kind, attentive, and personable. My rating is not a reflection on him. Using terms like Hotel, Suites, and Boutique in the name and website is very misleading and imply a certain style of accommodations. You are not getting that at this property. This is a renovated motel at best, that still has a great deal of work that needs to be done to make it worth the rate. Key Issues: Door was broken, didn’t stay closed There was no light outside our door, which was in a small alcove with another room. Not that the light didn’t work, or it wasn’t on- there was no fixture. There was no ambient light, so we couldn’t see the door, the room number or where to put the key without the phone flashlight AC units were so loud we could hear the neighbors running in our room The bathroom was dated, the exhaust fan was noisy but didn’t actually exhaust steam Everything in the room felt sticky- from the remote to the carpet. We paid for a junior suite, but there was nothing in the room that justified the extra cost The street parking lot our room overlooked is clearly the go to spot after the bars close, so we were kept up by an after party. This is not something the property could control, but something to be aware of if choosing this location. This is not a situation of you get what you pay for, the rates were close with other hotels in the area that are actually hotels, their suites have added amenities and you have a view of more than a park

Avoid at ALL COSTS
This hotel was wild - there are three rooms where the front doors are literally 4’ from the edge of the pool. There is no parking and we had to walk a block to the hotel with our toddler and luggage. The walls have holes, the wood furniture and remote were sticky with age, and the bedding was stained. I stayed for the marathon and if I had arrived earlier in the day I would have cancelled and booked another hotel.

My brother and I were quite pleased by our one night stay at Napa Valley Inn & Suites. The location is in the center of town convenient to many eating and business places. The hotel has been nicely renovated. Carpets are due for upgrade but everything else has been taken care of. Nice beds. The host, Gary, was very friendly and helpful with information about the area. We look forward to staying there again!

The downtown location of this hotel was great . The staff was very helpful. The room was nice enough, but the bed was hard as a rock and the lack of insulation between the rooms made it so that you could hear complete conversation going on next door.
