The MAIN thing is... There is no elevator! The airport shuttle is, not only on call, but that doesn't matter because the shuttle operates every 20 minutes after the hour. Yes just as weird as it sounds. Example: flight comes in at MIA at 8pm you reach outside at 9:21, you have to wait till 10:20 for the next shuttle. There is no shelving in the bathroom: a slim rim around the sink bowl, a slatted shelf above the toilet tank(which holds towels) and nothing in the shower. Mind you they offer soap bars and mini dove body washes, but it has to be put on the shower ground or hold in your hands. It sad especially bc the bathroom is BEAUTIFUL!!!. I recommend this hotel as your cheap hotel you don't complain about but happens to be pretty. Do not go out of your budget for this hotel, and don't pay over $100 a night. Two bedrooms are as low as $94, even that is over the worth it threshold.

From the moment we walked through the front door, it felt like we were in a very substandard hotel. The front desk clerk was nice enough, I guess. We were given a room on the second floor - no elevator, so we had to carry all of our luggage up. By the time we got to our door, our expectations were low (we were right). We walked in to find a very simple and cold dorm-style room with stucco walls (heavy stucco repairs around the window). I found a discarded pair of contact lenses on the floor. The king-size bed had only a base sheet and 2 cover sheets on it. A roughly folded blanket sat in a wooden box seat 2 inches off the floor just inside the door. Next, we checked the bathroom - no mirror (just a screw and wall plug hanging out of the wall). Rust around the toilet faucet. No hand soap (just a tiny bottle of body wash to share between us) a tiny bottle each of shampoo, conditioner & lotion. No tissues. By morning we had used most of the body wash on our handwashing. I called front desk to ask for more and had to wait a long time - I called again to ask when it would arrive - the woman said “housekeeping doesn’t arrive for another 40 mins & I’m the only one here”. The TV wasn’t plugged in - we had to work to plug it in because it was severely bent. Some unknown thing was dangling from the ceiling by the door. Baseboards and door frames were nasty. We felt like we had to take a shower after taking a shower in the nasty bath tub. Wyndham, we expected much better from you.

Hotel was dirty, room was so dirty my kids had their feet completely dark black after a couple minutes in the room. The bathroom was falling apart. We had a 6am flight that next morning otherwise I would have looked for another hotel. Never again.

Close to airport

They were very busy and the shuttle is once per hour, so we had long wait for the shuttle from the airport. Front desk was very helpful, nice security staff and we had Chinese food delivered, very easy, ate in the lovely garden area. Plus easy to get an Uber right out front. Be ready for a wait if you use the shuttle from the airport. There are hundreds of hotel shuttles at the Miami airport. If you miss it you may have a long wait. But otherwise ok place to stay for one night near the airport. Friendly helpful hardworking staff.

The toilet needs a new seal, silicone is dirty too. The bathroom is tiny. The walls are not soundproofed either, the people next door were waking me and others up at 6am. Staff were nice. Bed was nice.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night The lady on reception was lovely, whe was accommodating with our luggage and helpful with booking the shuttle service. The only downfall was during the night i could hear banging as if they were carrying out repairs. Which is a bit disrespectful as clients are sleeping. Apart feom that they had a lovely garden area where we were able to relax in the sun and have some beverages.

This property is in horrible condition. Towel rack literally fell of the wall and the faucet for the tub was not attached to the wall. If I had not checked in at 1 am, I would have gone to a different hotel. Breakfast wasn’t even close to being acceptable. They didn’t have enough seating for even 10 people but it was in the same area as the food. Waffles, cereal and a couple sausages. I would definitely look to stay else where.

The staff was helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't like that there wasn't an elevator to the second floor, which made it difficult to bring up the luggage, but a helpful staff member helped us.

The staff were excellent. Our flight wasn't until the evening and checkout was at 11, but the staff storeed our luggage so we could go out and enjoy our day and then set us up with airport shuttle when we returned. They were friendly and helpful. The Honderan restaurant directly across the street was a great dinner without needing an Uber or a long walk.
