This newly finished 2-story house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, located in a quiet street.

This house is in the walking distance to Deakin University and Burwood brickworks shopping center. Kmart plaza (open 24/7) is only 2 tram stops away.

Burwood is about 12km from CBD, with direct tram line to city. It is also well-known for its elite school such as PLC, Mt scopus and Box hill high.

EV charging is available with some constraints. Details are available in other section of this listing.

The space
The ground floor has BIG living/dining/kitchen area, plus one bedroom, one bathroom and one study room.

The second floor has a BIG master room with walk in robe, private bathroom and study room. Together with another 2 bedrooms, one share bathroom and one living room.

The house is built with the idea of allowing as much as natural light in. The ground floor uses ground-to-ceiling glasses wall. Every bedroom has big windows for natural light and blue sky. There is also a skylight on the roof of 2nd floor aisle.

Guest access
The house is setup for guest. Please be advised that no food or drink allowed on 2nd floor.

Other things to note
EV charging:
1. Charge your car in the garage using your home-charging cable. An overnight charging should be enough for your normal use of next day.
2. Fast charge your car in Brickworks shopping center. Please make sure to bring your car back before 9PM.
3. Either way, it is free of charge. You can borrow charging cable from me in case you forget to bring yours with you.
