Beautiful setting, wonderful location

We loved our stay in Maria Alm and especially enjoyed coffee, drinks, and dinners on the deck overlooking the beautiful countryside. Despite being warm during our stay, we stayed cool overnight with open windows and awakened to birds chirping. The chalet had a great kitchen for cooking and nice shower! We would love to visit again soon!

Traumhafter Blick in ruhiger Berglage

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr idyllisch in ca. 900 m Höhe abseits vom großen Trubel und trotzdem nah genug am Ort Maria Alm, um Besorgungen zu machen oder tolle Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, jedoch leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade das Badezimmer im oberen Stockwerk könnte eine Grunderneuerung gebrauchen. Auch einige Möbel sind nicht mehr die Neuesten. Die Schlafzimmer liegen im unteren Stockwerk und sind sehr klein. Nachts werden hier im Sommer sehr hohe Temperaturen erreicht – lüften ist jedoch auf Grund fehlenden Insektenschutzes nicht möglich. Die vielen Fliegen haben uns so schon in mancher Nacht um den Schlaf gebracht. Die Vermieter sind hingegen sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick vom großen Balkon ist ein Traum!

Vorne weg: * sehr nette Vermieter - einfacher Kontakt via Whatsapp zur Unterkunft selber: * sehr sauberes Chalet * wie auf den Bildern und in der Objektbeschreibung vorgefunden * top ausgestattete Küche * bequeme Betten * sehr rustikal eingerichtet * unfassbar schöne und weite Aussicht bei Lage und Umgebung gibt's 3 *** --> Chalet befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Maria Alm; man benötigt dringend ein Auto um Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs zu kaufen Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer der schönsten Gegenden in Österreich! Das Chalet ist allen Alters- bzw. Zielgruppen nur weiterzuempfehlen!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit gigantischem Ausblick

Das schöne und ruhige Ferienhaus liegt in einem Ortsteil und ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen im 1. OG hat einen Zugang zum Balkon und einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Die Küche ist neu und funktional ausgestattet. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
