It wasn’t there. It was under reconstruction. The lobby was completely abandoned. Nobody notified me or refunded my money. I had to stay on a friends couch! I want my 300 plus money back!

Great location for a good price, nice room, beautiful bathroom, great neighborhood, on the edge of the Garden District, the best area in New Orleans, courteous staff, they just need to learn to vaccum and dust!

This hotel is a great option for a low price. The location is so convenient and very quiet. The staff was nice and helpful. We were very comfortable. Great launching point for our NOLA adentures

I liked the location to the convention center and to restaurants. A problem with the toilet was quickly fixed. The door to the room is not sealed properly and lots of light comes in at night. Good value and a nice place to stay.

I really did not like the hotel at all. It needed a lot of work and there were several areas that could have been cleaner. A dirty ashtray was left on the porch filled with Cigar butts and ashes. There was a large space between the headboard and the mattress so my pillow kept falling through which made sleeping difficult. Someone tried to get into our room twice in 1 night.(Saturday) We did report this but never heard anything again about this. Work was being done on the hotel and this started early which made the room noisy early in the am.7AM

It has so much charm. Each time I stay here I'm delighted by the historic feel of the exterior and lobby, and relieved that the interior of the room is cozy, spacious, and quiet. Plenty of outlets, solid water pressure, and a microwave are all I need to be happy and sleep soundly.
