The Villa Casa del Mar is an excellent location right on the sea, and not least through its exclusive facilities with luxury designer furniture to the vacation homes of the highest class and only 5 minutes drive to the sandy beach of Punta Brava and the world famous Loro Park. Within 10 minutes drive you are mittem in the city center of Puerto de la Cruz and to the many restaurants and sports activities to enjoy. All guest rooms are on one floor, there is a large luxurious living room with leather sofa and 'chill out' lounge sofa, where you can enjoy the view through the open window to the sea. It is fantastically quiet, so that you can hear the sound of the sea. The large terrace with stunning views offers a BBQ and sun loungers. You can dine on the terrace with a glass of wine fantastic sunsets.

The house has a luxury kitchen with large American fridge / freezer with ice maker. There is also a dishwasher and an exclusive ceramic hob. We loved this property. Comfy bed,lots of space, well equipped kitchen ( the oven in the microwave worked for 2 people) and the large veranda with a wonderful seaview. Mrs Klaus very helpful and could Whats App her with any queries.

Alles bestens! Frau Klass’ Empfehlungen, Einrichtung des Hauses, gute Matratzen, super ausgestattet Kueche, Terrasse mit traumhafte Aussicht. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Gute Parkmoeglichkeit. Mit Mietwagen nicht weit zu Lidl. Wir moechten gern wieder kommen - und dann laenger als 3 Wochen bleiben

Un appartement parfait!
C’est un appartement de rêve, tout est esthétique, d’excellente qualité, impeccablement propre, bien organisé et en parfait état. Le quartier, très calme, est agréable à vivre et les voisins sont sympathiques. Il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour se rendre au village, à une dizaine de minutes de marche par une route particulièrement raide, mais vous trouverez un petit magasin, un café et un restaurant à quelques pas de la maison. Tout est pensé pour le bien-être des locataires, les formalités sont simplifiées au maximum et on est super bien accueilli par Mme Klaas qui reste à disposition pendant toute la durée du séjour. C’est rare, même dans les locations haut de gamme, de trouver un appartement aussi parfait ! Antonella

The house is beautifully furnished and equipped and very conveniently located for shopping, sightseeing and dining out - although dining in is a real pleasure because of the well equipped kitchen, China, glassware, etc. The terrace is large and gets a lot of sun. Parking outside the house is very convenient and was never a problem. The owner and local representative were both very responsive and helpful from the first contact. This is a lovely spot to chill out and relax.

Traumhafte Wohnung
Wir waren 12 Tage in dieser traumhaften Wohnung. Die Größe, der Blick, die Terasse, die Ausstattung..und alles super sauber… einfach toll. Frau Klaas war eine supernette Ansprechpartnerin und wir hatten eine reibungslose Übergabe. Wir konnten sogar mit unserem Mietauto direkt in die dazugehörige Garage. Besser gehts nicht. Die Ausstattung ist Top! Der Kühlschrank produzierte jeden Tag Eiswürfel. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke für diese unvergesslichen Tage.

Fantastisch, eigentlich zu gut um weiter zu empfehlen
Wie ich Frau Klaas bereits tel.berichtete, war die FEWO mit Abstand die beste, die ich je in Teneriffa angemietet hatte. Ich hatte bereits mehrmals in der Umgebung in der Urbanisation Romantica II Wohnungen angemietet. Super Lage, in der ersten Reihe zum Meer, vor Blicken von Nachbarn geschützt, sodass auf der großen Terrasse ein vorzüglichen Sonnenbaden möglich ist. Auch die Umgebung eignet sich gut zum Wandern und sportlicher Aktivität in der Rambla de Castro, wenn man nur mit wenigen Menschen baden möchte, ist die Playa de Castro empfehlenswert, aber nur mit sportlicher Aktion erreichbar. Gut dort ist der kleine natürliche Süsswasserfall nach dem Bad im Atlantik. Die Wohnung ist super modern, luxuriös eingerichtet, speziell der Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelfunktion lädt zum abendlichen Cocktail ein. Die Küche ist mit dem Profi-Ceranfeld und vielen Geräten, die ich gar nicht alle nutzen konnte,hochmodern,TV, obwohl man TV in der Location gar nicht benötigt, hat alle deutschen Programme und auch Internetanschluß über einen amazon fire tv stick. Es ist ein Genuss, die absolute Ruhe zu geniesen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass Frau Klaas uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat, uns alles erklärt hat, gute Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Los Realejos und El Toscal gab und uns eine sehr gute private Möglichkeit zur Abstellung des erforderlichen PKW gegeben hat, so blieb uns die abendliche Parkplatzsuche erspart und das KFZ war gleich von der FEWO aus zu erreichen, Super.

Traumhafte Tage in der Casa del Mar
Wir haben in dieser Unterkunft 14 wundervolle Tage und fast genauso viele spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. In der Küche findet man alles, was man benötigt, auch wenn man mal beschließt etwas aufwendiger zu kochen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und absolut unkompliziert, vielen Dank dafür nochmals an dieser Stelle! Wir kannten die Insel bereits von 2 vorherigen Ferienhaus Urlauben und es hat uns immer sehr gut gefallen, aber in die Casa und den Blick aufs Meer haben wir uns ein wenig verliebt.
