Finca DIDA with pool near Split

Finca Dida is a modern and charming apartment with a private pool for up to 6 people. It is located in the picturesque village of Brtanovo, just 25 km from Split. The finca is the ideal choice for those who prefer relaxation, tranquility and nature on holiday, yet still want to be close to the vibrant life of a city. The UNESCO city of Split can be reached in about 30 minutes. From here you can take the ferry to one of the numerous islands for a day trip or simply spend one day at one of the beaches (Bacvice, Znjan, Marjan, Kasuni, Kastelet). A private pool is surrounded by a large terrace and a large garden with many Mediterranean plants. The pool has a size of 8 x 3.5 meters and a depth of 1.50 m. It has an integrated bench where you can relax with friends or play with your children. With loungers where you can soak up the sun, a solar outdoor shower and a barbecue house, the 1000 m² property is ideal for relaxing, dining, partying or playing in the garden. The two bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor. The finca offers a spacious living and dining room with sofa bed, satellite TV, fireplace and air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, stove, kettle, toaster, pancake and coffee maker. The modern, beautifully furnished house has a bathroom with toilet and shower and two bedrooms with double beds. The dining area opens onto a spacious terrace where you can have dinner outside, hear the sound of crickets and enjoy the beautiful views of the countryside. All in all, the finca offers a quiet retreat from everyday life, ideal for families with children or a group of friends. The apartment is located on the ground floor. For exclusive use, the garden with pool, barbecue house and terrace are at your disposal. The apartment on the first floor is also rented, but without access to the areas mentioned here. Please note that the renter on the first floor has a cat, which you can also see in some photos.
