Overall the hotel stay was okay, but there are some things that could’ve made the experience better. On the website it says that breakfast available, but it doesn’t mention that breakfast is only available on weekends (Friday-Sunday) and that it is not included when you book. There is a restaurant and hotel share the building. The hotel room was nice. There is a tv, but it only had 8 channels of nothing interesting. There is a Netflix app but because the tv isn’t full set up, we couldn’t use it. This hotel also offers car rental services however, when passing the desk to rent a car, (1) the car rental service man was never available and (2) the one time we were able to catch him, he wasn’t welcoming and seemed like he didn’t want to provide information for rentals. We were told that all the cars were reserved and if one were to become available he would reach out to us, but never did.

The first room we stayed in had lamps that did not work, were entirely broken, and a toilet that did not flush no matter how long we left it to fill the tank. We got switched to another room and this one had rust on the shower, water damage on the wallpaper from the bathroom and even the ceiling of the bedroom. We had a roommate the entire stay 🕷. The mattress was severely yellow and stained. And at 9 am, the hotel staff began to test their fire systems. This was incredibly inconvenient. For a general 3 star hotel, it was terrible and I will not be returning.

The lady in the front was nice but clearly stressed out due to being the only one working, felt bad for her. The room was 2.5/10, glad I brought my own sheets. There was dirty tools left in our bathroom, then after we left for a few hours and came back the tools were gone, so they also went in our room without permission or notice.

Not worth the money! This place is disgusting.
I thought when I saw Windham in the name it was going to be a upgraded hotel, don't let that fool you into thinking it will be. We got to the hotel between noon and 1:00 and was informed check-in is at 3:00. I asked if we could wait in the lobby until our room was ready and they said, we have rooms ready you just have to pay an extra $35 to get the key now. Got to our room and found it to be absolutely disgusting walls are patched and no new paint all over the place, mold in several places. Bathroom tiles broken scratched and nasty. Sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. They no longer have an airport shuttle so plan on an extra $30 each way for an Uber. Don't make the same mistake as us!

Comfortable. Not as clean as we would have liked. Floors were dirty and my feet were black from walking around even after a shower. One lamp wouldn’t turn on and we mentioned it to front desk but it didn’t get fixed. Coffee maker had a leak. Liked the Dove bathroom products and bed and sheets and towels were good and clean. Service was friendly

The bathroom was filthy, body hair everywhere. Sticky floors, and mildew smell.LUCKILY I Found a vape on the floor near the bed BEFORE MY KID DID! Found many hair clips too next to bed. Window was left open so the room was cold and damp. NOW here is the real kicker, they announced a FIRE ALARM TEST at 9:50AM. They tested the alarm for one hour before check out. NOT after check out like a good planner. So I woke up to a BLARING alarm that continued over and over again till the moment we checked out. Terrible way to wake up. This place SUCKED! Wouldn’t stay there again, I’d rather sleep in a tent on the sidewalk.
