Casa Rural, Cortijo Paulenca esta situada en el pueblo del Gádor, pueblo de la Comarca del Andarax, a unos 15 km de Almería ciudad. La casa, esta a las afueras del pueblo a escasos dos minutos en coche o a unos diez minutos andando por un precios paseo con vistas a la vega de Gádor. Mismo enclave rodea la casa, frutales, mandarinos y naranjos, fruto característico de la Villa de Gádor Es un finca totalmente vallada y privada. En su distribución, describir que se entra a la casa a través de una gran explanada destinada al aparcamiento de los coches, privada y dentro de la finca para seguridad de los mismos Se accede a través de una rampa, adaptada a personas con movilidad reducida consta a un gran y bonito porche con barbacoa exterior , ideal para hacer una comida al aire libre, ya que dispone de mesa y bancos en piedra para poder comer. En el exterior, junto a este espacio, hay una piscina, privada para el/los huéspedes que alquilen la casa. La misma está equipa con zona de ducha, zona chill out, zona de solárium así como, una habitación grande de dos plantas donde en una planta superior se encuentran el mobiliario para su uso en el exterior ( sillas, mesas, sombrillas...etc) y en la planta sótano, que se encuentra la maquinaria de la piscina En el interior de la casa, un gran salón con chimenea y cocina americana, separada por una bonita barra rustica. En el salón se dispone una gran mesa de madera para seis comensales extensible a ocho, una cómoda rinconera de siete plazas, TV Smart TV, aire acondicionado/calefacción y wifi. La casa en la planta superior tiene tres habitaciones de matrimonio, con cama de 1.50, aire acondicionado/calefacción. Y un baño completo de ducha adaptado a personas con movilidad reducida. En la planta sótano se dispone una cama de matrimonio, con colchón de 1.50, cuatro camas de 1.05 y una cama supletoria para bajo peso en litera. Todas las estancias tienen aire acondicionado/calefacción. La cocina se encuentra equipada con frigorífico americano de dos puertas, lavadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, dos tipos de tostadora y tres tipos de cafeteras. Hay batería de ollas y sartenes completa de varios tamaños y para diferente elaboración de comida. Pelleras varias, de diferente medida para realizar paellas, tanto en exterior ( en la barbacoa) como en interior de la casa. La cocina esta equipada con varias vajillas y varios juegos de cubiertos para el aforo de la casa así como de repuestos. En el salón, en el aparador del mismo, se dispone cristalería para diferentes bebidas ( champan, vino, agua, copas...etc) La casa dispone de sabanas y toallas al uso del huésped así como de repuesto para alguna necesidad. Se ofrece productos de limpieza para lavavajillas y lavadora, así como los básicos de limpieza del la casa. Así mismo, se dejan productos de higiene básicos ( gel y champú)
