Enjoy this homely cottage located on the stunning Canty Bay, only a 5 minute drive from the centre of North Berwick.

2 story house with Quaint furnishings throughout.

The Space:
An open plan space with a cosy living area with an indoor fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area seating 10 guests.

The living room also has large patio doors opening out on to the private patio/terrace.

There are 3 double bedrooms, each with their own unique touch.

The master bedroom has the luxury of its very own stand alone bath tub and sink in the room, as well as plenty of storage space.

The second bedroom opens out into its own private garden space where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

The third upstairs bedroom is spacious with an abundance of natural light coming through the large glass windows, and benefits from stunning ocean views.

There is also 2 additional double sofa beds, one in the front living room and another located upstairs.

The cottage has a large driveway for parking, and loads of green space for enjoying the nature.
