Very friendly staff and a great location right off the river walk. It’s an older hotel so don’t expect a lot of modern amenities. But it is very well decorated

The staff at the hotel is always very helpful, the last time we were there we left something and they kept it for us. It is cheaper to take a lift to anywhere downtown than it is to drive and park so the hotel is very conveniently located.

Bathtub/shower had rust stains around faucet. Ceiling tiles didn't align with each other. The hallway walls look like they had pipes bust inside and were patched and the walls repaired with a pore touch up job. $40 to park at a hotel that I am a guest at seemed pricey. I do not recommend staying here.

Great economical clean and safe place. The building is older, but very well kept. Staff were great. The lounge and restaurant was small, but the food and staff were wonderful!
