The African American reception was rude. Besides that my stay was wonderful. The rest of the hotel staff were pleasant. The room was dated and worn. They cover it with decorations. There was a chunk of my wall on one side of the bedroom that was missing. One of the legs of the table was missing, wall paper was peeling off. Towel bars were rusty. Cracks in ceiling and the walls. The main lobby is clean and nice, you would never suspect the rooms to be in that condition.

Diminished in Quality
This hotel used to be nicer when it was owned by Double Tree. There is a mustiness throughout the hotel. The lobby appeared water damaged with ceiling tiles missing or falling out. The room was ok but there was definitely mold in the bathroom and everything seemed to only be mildly cleaned. It is priced low because there’s no parking except a $30 overnight parking fee. The only thing I can say for this hotel is that it is centrally located and walkable. Disappointed in the diminished quality of what was an otherwise nice hotel.

This is an older building so the bathrooms aren't as spacious as a typical chain hotel. Otherwise its a nice place with a bar and restaurant inside. There are a ton of places to eat or go shopping etc all in walking distance. Also plenty of transportation from buses, taxis or uber and lyft

This was a pleasant stay for the most part. However, the elevator and some of the hallways always smelled like pot. The room itself was super clean and very comfortable.
