Restaurants were very understsffed during peak season (christmas), servers were running around the whole time but it took forever to get us water and utensils. Expect to wait 2.5hrs minimum to get into restaurants unless 1) you are ok with having buffet for every meal. Or 2) you are ok with lining up 30mins prior to resraueant opening hours.

The Hilton was a nice place on the ocean. The beach was one of the nicest we’ve been too. The facility is still working out some kinks. Nothing major but small things like room service not restocking simple items. (Coffee, sugar, shampoo, mini bar) The buffee restaurant was over crowded with long lines just to get a table for breakfast, didn’t make sense why there would ever be a line but again a small thing. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The staff are exceptionally good. They were all friendly, attentive and helpful. The room we had with the balcony was comfortable and well stocked. The only issue was the rooftop bar party every night was really loud and right below our room outside the pool area. It ended around 11 pm. We couldn’t hear the TV. If we were in our room before the party, music or band ended. It was mainly an issue the first night cause we had traveled that day and been up very early. The pools and ground areas were very pretty and maintained well. Easy access to the beach from the pool, too. We enjoyed the hibachi restaurant and the buffet at breakfast and the dinner buffet with the Brazilian meat skewers. I wasn’t very fond of the Italian restaurant and the steak house restaurant was just ok. The spa was relaxing and well equipped. My facial was very thorough. Overall a very nice place. It had a lot of families with young children so if you’re looking for a more adult inclusive resort this wouldn’t be the best choice for you.

Excellent Hotel. Some of the Employee were very good about excellent. On the other hand, some of the Employee did not met that expectation. overall, very good Hotel. This is what a vacation should be! Spacious room with ocean views (I upgraded). My bathroom & balcony were HUGE (shower & a large tub). I loved all the lighting options- dim, mood lighting as well as brighter lights as needed. The balcony with 2 loungers was great because if I didn't feel like joining the nightly entertainment, I could enjoy the view from my balcony (room #945). FOOD: Noriku is excellent! The teppanyaki is a must-try, and even the regular menu is very good. The rodizio buffet is so good! Loved it and would highly recommend. Luce (Italian) is not great. I didn't enjoy what I ate there (except for the tiramisu) and the service is slow. Steakhouse is yummy (skip the "truffle parmesan fries"). The breakfasts are good here but go early for the best table, service & options. Don't sleep on the iced lattes offered at the café. For lunch, the buffet has better options than Seasalt but it's fun to try all. Gym was great too. Beach is awesome but waves are SO STRONG. Cons: during rush hour, the elevators were incredibly frustraing. There should be a service elevator for employees to use. Towel service: it should start at 7am, when the sun rises and early birds want to hit the beach! There were a few dirty patches in my room that weren't cleaned but overall, this is a very clean property. I traveled as a solo female traveler and felt very safe. The pool activities are way too loud and the nightly entertainment is a little too PG-13. Not much to do as a single person.

The room is very new and clean, staff are all friendly and happy, reason I gave 4 stars becuz the food options are very limited, not much options on seafood. For example the lunch buffet, there’s only one seafood dish…

Great resort with tons of nightly entertainment activities, good bars and amazing restaurants to eat. Big shout out to the entertainment team that makes the resort fun with different games and activities especially Santos, Tony, Leon, Christian, Kax, Arthuro, Bruno, Rainand DJ Jesus!!!

The whole trip was great i’ve been back for the pas 3 years and everytime the experience has been great i even run into someone at the bar who was staying 3 hotels over he had a friend staying at the hilton an he changed his reservation after he stayed 3 days at another one from a bad time he said.
