The hotel was not a good experience. The hallways were dirty. The room temperature had to be reset as it was really hot in our room. There was no hairdryer in the room.

I like the area we were in and there was several places to enjoy in walking distance. I didn’t like that there was no other options for parking instead of the hotel parking. I didn’t like the fact they didn’t use ApplePay as a lot of hotels do no way. I didn’t like how I had to request several times for hoisekeeping. I didn’t like that i booked 2 rooms under my reservation and they put us on separate floors. The pool and hot tub was broke and the courtyard where we sit out on the balcony and overlook was a very ugly scene with dead plants or trees everywhere and yellow tape that draped over the pool area.
