Everything was fine except we had a ground floor room near the exit door which slammed very loud every time someone went in or out which lasted until nearly midnight. Not the best for sleeping

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was fine, bed was comfortable, but, we requested extra pillows in advance, it was noted when we checked in: no extra pillows requiring a phone call. The bathroom area has no additional heating, no matter what we turned the thermostat to, it was COLD in there!! Not condusive for taking a shower! Breakfasts: whoa, SO disappointing. We've been to at least a dozen hotel chains with included breakfast. Eggs barely warm same brown & serve dried out breakfast sausage every single morning, no microwave to warm up the lukewarm eggs (or melt the cheese provided to add). Pre-cooked waffles lukewarm (other hotels have waffle irons to make your own fresh ones) Coffee - "eh", not very good quality. Really disappointing. Oh, the area for eating breakfast? Not enough chairs for everyone to sit. People in their 70's like us, can't sit in high-top bar stools comfortably. We expected better.

Reservation was for queen beds but got king. Starting to show age. Bathroom door lock not aligning. Trouble getting an extra towel. Staff very friendly and tried to accommodate. Breakfast very good. Bar service excellent!
