My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here! Staff was extremely nice, room was clean and the perfect size for the two of us. The rooftop events were a lot of fun before going out for the night and the warm and comfortable atmosphere of the building was really unique compared to other standard hotels. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the city.

I can’t wait to stay here again! Perfect location, cozy room (small, yes, but it’s NYC so that’s to be expected) with a great view, super friendly staff, the price was right, and the restaurant was fantastic. Our only complaint was that on the 24th floor the music from the rooftop bar was very loud - the bass rattled the windows and kept us up the first night. That said, the hotel was kind enough to ask about our stay and offered to move us to a lower room. Amazing customer service. So next time we will request a lower room but there will definitely be a next time!

I’m a return guest and would come back again and again - the property is clean and all of the (funky, industrial) amenities and spaces are well maintained. The staff is approachable and helpful and the in house dining spaces (Starchild and Rosevale) are top notch.
