Overall an excellent place to stay. I enjoyed my time and the room, staff, and area of SF. One of the elevators was broken during my stay, and it made going up and down from the room a chore. If I were to visit SF again, I’d stay here only if the elevator were fixed, otherwise I’d look for other accommodations.

Just not worth it
There was no desk for a laptop or work station. There was no paperwork for where to find ice, no fan in bathroom, water pressure was so poor, only one small drawer, elevators were malfunctioning which was a common complaint among all guests we spoke with, no counter space on sink for toiletries. Plus the cost I paid through hotels.com was twice as much as we paid for a comfort inn which had all the normal amenities and then some. Concierge staff didn’t seem to know anything about the area and couldn’t provide a map, ticket info for sites. The location is not ideal for any close by drug stores unless you want to walk 4 blocks down vertically and back up again. Area appeared safe though …so there’s that.
