Is is a twenty four hour hotel but book in is only after 3 pm. Not good if you have to wait in the foyer for a room like the other 100 people sleeping on chairs around the foyer.

First, we waited for the shuttle at LAX for 45 minutes - partly because one passed us! empty! It did not even try to come close to the curb. Then, our reserved King bed room was not available and we were given a room with two full beds and we couldn't even sleep together! Then, we only had coffee for one person! Last and worst of all - the shower did not work in the morning! My husband, skilled at plumbing could not fix it! NO WATER CAME OUT! although the sink was fine. We will not stay there again.

Nice and clean
Shower had amazing water pressure but kept going from hot to cold without touching it. Beds need to be updated. Staff was wonderful. Parking is super expensive but easy to access
