We started our stay with a big confusion about access to WIFI. It was fixed the following day. Except for this issue, everything else was very good

Great location to shops and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to the Santa Monica pier. Staff were very helpful and kind. Room was clean and the perfect size for 3 adult guest. We did wish there was a microwave in the room.
