I love the hotel. Unfortunately the neighborhood gets a bad reputation. I will definitely stay at this hotel next trip also. Rooms area modern and tech savvy.

My wife loved our stay at this clean and colourful, centrally located hotel! Staff are phenomenal. Lounge area is lovely. The room has everything you need and nothing you don't. The gym is small, but was functional and featured lux equipment. The only thing we didn't get to see was the patio (it is closed over the weekends) but we will definitely be back> Thanks again!

Blown away! Definitely exceeding our expectations for the price. Few cleanliness things, like our bedding had a small stain but not a huge deal. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Checking in and out was easy. The neighbourhood isn’t the best, it’s just on the outside of the tenderloin which isn’t the safest neighbourhood but it was easy to avoid during the day and we just didn’t walk around late at night. A little far of a walk from most tourist attractions but we still managed! Overall, highly recommend and look forward to staying at other CitizenM hotels!

The people at check in were fantastic. Jules and Nu were very helpful when I was checking in and providing info about the hotel. The bar is a nice addition to the hotel, and Jeffie was super at the bar providing info about the city.
