Nightmare! Don’t book!
First of all we walked in and it took more than 5 minutes to check in. We go to park our car and the parking lot looks like a dumper. Pizza boxes, balloons, just trash. We walk into the building and it smells like an ashtray! The halls were full of cigarettes butts! We decided hell may be our room is okay? Wrong! The room smelt like an ashtray! There was blood on the pillow case. Bathroom has 💩 On the wall under the towel and the shower looks like someone dumped oil in it. We decided to just leave and tell the front desk. He said there was no other room available. We tried to call hotels.com and was on hold for so long we decided just to find another place. This was a nightmare!!!

No bugs in our room but it wouldn’t surprise me if you found some in yours. They don’t like dogs even tho they “welcome” them. I have an ESA who helps me in so many ways. One thing that he is trained to do is alert me when he sees someone he feels may danger me, especially if they are dressed in dark colors with a hoodie on and quickly walking towards me. My husband noticed the manager at the same time my dog started alerting me. He said hi to the manager with using him name so my dog and I would calm down and know it’s okk. I ordered my dog to ignore the manager and come inside with me. So he did. But the manager proceeds to tell him husband that we need to get out no later then our original exit date cause our dog is viscous and he isn’t and can’t be an ESA. We left. But I just think he could have been a bit more understanding about the situation. I will say I’m thankful he didn’t kick us out that night and allowed us to finish out the nights we had already paid for. Other than that the bed wasn’t comfortable. But for the price it’s a decent deal.

Manager keeping my hundred dollar deposit
Everything was like a normal stay until the end when they said well, we seen your girlfriend smoking on the porch because there's a non-smoking room, so yeah, she was smoking around the porch, they said, well, you're not going to get your 100 all the deposit back and she was smoking outside on the porch. So they tried to finally my $100 and I made them go check the room right then and if there was gonna be discrepancy on me getting amount of dollars back I was going to fight it but, they definitely will try to take your 100 at all deposit for anything. They should have said something like if you're gonna smoke. Go to the parking lot or something. Because not smoking on the outside porch is kind of ridiculous. In my opinion but they're just trying to get your money.

The evening registration gentleman on 2/8/24 was excellent. Check in took all of 2-3 minutes, from finding my reservation in the computer thru assigning a room, rules and regulations, WiFi, parking, room location, to handing over key cards he was professional but friendly, concise, efficient and informative. I did not have to ask a single question, he covered it all effectively. One of the best motel check ins I have ever had.
