Friendly staff. The only issue we had was not finding where the rooms were from parking lot. I think you should have signs saying this way to rooms because you have to go through the arcade and it just got pretty confusing

We had a great girlfriend getaway. Quite pleased with New York New York. Our room faced the roller coaster but caused no noise issues at all. Great restaurants and coffee options. Good security at elevators.
