Worst customer service. I travel all the time with my family and have never experienced anything like this. I made our reservation through Expedia for a 2 bedroom suite that we upgraded on Expedia to a corner suite. Upon arrival they gave us a regular 2 bedroom suite on a lower floor. I spent over one hour with Expedia and they were trying to call the hotel but the manager would not talk to Expedia. Meanwhile, my husband spent 3 hours trying to talk to the supervisor Christa who by the way was really understanding and helpful but finally she called us and informed that the she can only offer $100 hotel gift certificate, she apologized and said her boss didn’t authorize refunding $400 upgrade cost because all the corner suites are all sold out and mysteriously a standard 2 bedroom suite on a lower level is more expensive than a Premium 2 bedroom corner suite. So in a nutshell, the claimed that they had upgraded us by giving us this rundown one bedroom suite that connects to a small studio apartment as opposed to a premium corner suite. I called Expedia and again after one hour, they could not get a hold of someone from the hotel to try to resolve the issue. So, they are emailing the hotel to see if they will respond to the email. This is absolutely not acceptable. Hilton is a leader in the hospitality field but their irresponsible practices and unacceptable customer service will forever keep me away.

Quite place. 5 min walkvto strip. Less expensive than strip hotels. Unlike the latter, has coffe makers. Youvcanbbookbrooms with mini fridge. Thera alsa suites with full kitchen with dish washer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, large fridge as well as washer with drying option. Yet.it cost us $700 less cimparedbto the would becstay in Cosmopolitan for the same stay in 2 queen room with aploances at all, even coffe maker.

Nice hotel for staying close by the Vegas strip. Room is spacious and clean. Cleaning service only as requested and wasn’t informed at checked in so there were no cleaning during our 3 days stay. Hilton honor wasn’t recognized at checked in neither. Getting complementary Starbucks coffee is a nice perk but had to pick up at the store and not delivered to room. Hope Hilton Elara will provide guests w/ single expresso machine inside the room so guest can enjoy coffee w/o getting out.
