Not happy
I think this is more a comment to Hotels.com, rather than the property.
Customers need to be informed when a property is under renovation and certain amenities are not available, i.e. gym, sauna, restaurant, bar / lounge. This was the case at this property.
I was overnighting from a transatlantic flight with an early connection.
I was looking for a decent hotel with in house dining. I ended up having to order cheap delivery !
No bar or lounge, no gym available and I paid almost $200 for this !!!
The shuttle service was inefficient and had people waiting 40 minutes at Federal Circle in the freezing cold to get to the hotel.
