I think this is more a comment to Hotels.com, rather than the property. Customers need to be informed when a property is under renovation and certain amenities are not available, i.e. gym, sauna, restaurant, bar / lounge. This was the case at this property. I was overnighting from a transatlantic flight with an early connection. I was looking for a decent hotel with in house dining. I ended up having to order cheap delivery ! No bar or lounge, no gym available and I paid almost $200 for this !!! The shuttle service was inefficient and had people waiting 40 minutes at Federal Circle in the freezing cold to get to the hotel.

Me and my fiance checked in Sunday and was taken care of by a young lady named Sharon. She was so pleasant and soft spoken. She got my attention with her accent, lol 😆. But overall Sharon was professional and I was ready to take her to my job to work with us at JPMorgan Chase Bank. But, thank you for the professionalism and your courtesy service. There need to be more people such as herself in this world.. Thank you Sharon

Awful customer service, when room heating/cooling comes on it sounds as loud as the engine roaring in a sports car, empty bottle of shower gel in the room and tried calling front desk multiple times to get this changed but no answer. Left without receiving a copy of the bill. Poor overall, do not recommend and will not be back.
