The staff was professional and courteous, a lot of smiles were given. Was nice having an ocean view room and really everything we needed was in a 5 mile radius. I do have to say the mattress was like sleeping on a pool table, had to soak in hot tub every day to be able sleep again. The parking garage is located across the street so make sure to get what you need from your car before you go to your room because you're not gonna want to come back out to get it. Depending on what floor you're on, it could take anywhere from 5 - 15 minutes just get from your room to your car.

Not a bad stay, it was near the beach and every room had a balcony which is always a great deal. The only bad thing was the "dirty" look the hotel has. The room when we stepped in was kinda dirty in the sense that IT LOOKED dirty, not that it was. The bathtub was horrible though, it was dirty that I showered with my beach sandals on.

I come over because my son liked the play ground to my surprise it had even worked for little while and they still promoted that which I think is not fair. Another thing is that they don’t put enough soap and shampoo in the shower they only put one little thing of soap no conditioner it all

Supposedly “resort” was in horrible old outdated conditions. The room I reserved supposed to been a water front ended up being a side view. Floors were cracked walls dirty toilet seat damaged. Room smelled horrible. All not stayed one night.. what a waste of time money & a 6 hour drive. Used my CC to pay half the stay when I reserved the room. Upon arriving Expedia didn’t apply the funds. I could go on & on… may be my last time using Expedia.

Arrived and waited a hour to check in. Then when checking in they charge twelve a day to park on thier property which wasn't mentioned when booking. Got in the room and it wasn't clean. The couch looked like it came from the street curb stained and smelled. Bathroom sink slowly drained. The hideaway bed back board was stained. Given bracelets to wear for the pool and other places in the hotel and the week i was there i seen random kids come in off the street and used the pool. The front desk is not friendly either. They act like its a hassle to help you. Definitely not worth the money.

While my child had a blast at the water park, the hotel wasn’t very clean. We did go during bike week and it was impossible to get in and out of the hotel without direction. The bathtub was dirty and still had an old wet dirty rag from the last occupants of the room.

We got over charged since day one when we got there. When we had already paid for the days we were staying in advance. Kept getting unauthorized charges from the hotel. The hotel ended up ruining our trip since we had no money from the multiple unauthorized charges. All they can say is they have a new system. The worse experience ever!

Hotel tried charging me multiple times different amounts throughout my stay. When asked, they simply said it was because they have a new system. Our family booked through landmark resort and they had same issues, they got charged about $1800 worth of random charges. Communication isn’t the best and managers couldn’t resolve any issues promptly.

Its very outdated, the pictures posted are deceiving.The beds are hard as a rock, door was broke, it isn't the cleanest, take some clorox wipes and wipe things down.Thankfully the Ac worked well though.Once u check in you get no housekeeping, which is fine but to try and call for more towels or toilet paper is impossible. You walk down the hallways, and there's trash laying everywhere. None of the ice machines work.Its kinda in the not so good parts.Getting to and from your vehicle is very inconvenient. The best part of the stay was the Dj at the pool and the drinks at the tipsy turtle but a little on the expensive side. But if ur looking for a vacation spot, I guess it'd work to kinda sleep and shower.Oh and the shower unless ur super short ur not gettin under that, plus theres no water pressure at all. There is a small kitchenette and there is a walmart market next block over.I wouldnt recommend, but thats me.

Roaches!!! First room had a water leak lights that didn’t work. Second room was dirty and ac smelled like urine. Had to have maintenance come to fix it. Saw roaches every night in the room. It was disgusting. Restaurant in the hotel was a joke and pools all had trash floating in them. Only thing good was this it was close to the beach.

Pools were cool that was it for me. Expensive outdated rooms. My wife noticed mold growing in the ceiling of the shower. We didn't have any hot water the whole stay..housekeeping came to the room super early, asking if we were really to leave. (Check out isn’t until 11 and it was well before 10.)My wife called to ask for a later checkout. Parking is horrible and far across the street. The hotel is not wheelchair friendly…my wife is temporarily disabled and was denied a late checkout. Not satisfied at all!!!
