The furnishings need to be replaced. Scratched chairs with burns on the table. Stained wall under the air conditioner. Chipped bench in the kitchen area. Only two pillows supplied for two people.Torn and frayed carpet.

The room was very small and dark. The air conditioning worked on and off and then completely broke down on the last day. As there was a heatwave at the time the room was unbearable and I didn’t sleep all night on the last night. Be aware they only clean the room every three days and trying to get clean towels was either difficult or just ignored.

The staff were very courteous and helpful, some more ammenities to make food (kitchen on a common floor or microwave in the room) would have rounded off the stay. As we thought there was a restaurant attached.

We stayed overnight in the heritage sweet. The room was big and nice. The place needed a good clean as there were lots of surface areas that haven’t been wiped over. We couldn’t get the plug out of the bath and the shower would wet the area near the toilet. We also found a giant white tail spider on the wall. The parking is only available for small cars due to the car lift.
