AC Hotel Melbourne Southbank is now my favourite hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel for university and for leisure semi frequently so I have had lots of experience with hotels, and this one beats all of them. Every member of staff I interacted with over my stay was absolutely lovely and is a level of customer service I don't think I have ever experienced before. The pool was beautiful and frequently had a member of staff cleaning it and the surroundings, the buffet breakfast was always fresh and had lots of variety everyday, and the rooms were meticulously cleaned daily. The location is also great, about a 20 min walk to the CBD or a $10 5 min uber ride. I stayed for 6 nights, and was given a room upgrade when checking in for the length of my stay, and about halfway through my stay was delivered a fruit bowl and a hand written note for choosing AC hotel by a worker who was sincerely thankful for our time. I and the rest of my group agreed that the next time we come to Melbourne we will be making a point to stay here again because it was that great of an experience.

Reception on level 7 was a pain as we didnt know where the hotel car park was (and there was no one manning the desk on the ground floor). Was a bit of a hassle checking in and figuring out where the car park was but after that the stay was great. Thankyou :)
