Close to Alfred Hospital which was where we spent our time. Comfy bed and clean. Constant noise in room which i believe came from heat/ cooling units on roof. Room service mailbox always full. Called main desk with a request for fresh glasses which never arrived. Food tray sat outside door for the whole day, which was good bc we retrieved the dirty glasses to use.

I stayed in Tower 2, and found it very quiet as I didn’t hear any traffic, despite being on a busy main road. There was one exception - a couple of noisy guests talking in the hallway. Comfortable room, close to regular public transport. Overall I was very pleased with my stay

We were there for 5 days and the room was not serviced, our cups we used on day one were never changed and the beds were made by a 2 year old. Nothing cleaned, had to ask for extra towel as they gave us 2 for 4 people and the pillows were terrible.

Great for conferences but lacking restaurants and cafes. Also room service stop too early. Other than tis it was an enjoyable experience.

The staff here are next level helpful! Could not of asked for better service for all our needs. There wasn’t a question to big or to small that they couldn’t help us with. The buffet breakfast meets all the family needs to start the day right. The pool and gym facilities help to work of said wonderful buffet breakfast. The dinner menu is the only thing that could use expanding.

Overall was an ok stay. Twin rooms are very outdated. Bathroom has stained grout and old crappy in bath showers. We went down to the indoor pool and there was one table with a bench seat. We had to sit on the wet ground with our newborn and two other kids with our belongings. Wouldn't go back.
