GREAT STAFF, from the many changes I had to make prior to arrival and during my stay, and at the coffee/snak area and restaurant.. These days no room service BUT they have the next best thing call & order , they let you know when to come and get it AND open till about 9PM ,Coffee racks open early, both right there in the lobby. All rooms w/ Refridge ( very appreciated and 1 of the things I look fro to make a reservation) Rooms: spacious..I felt SAFE there by myself my room and getting to the hotel LATE. I did not have cars parked directly in front of my room, Huge lobby area, was outdoor area to get air w/o being crowed into a small space and tables to sit and eat. A few things to know : LOTS of doors in close proximity closet/bathroom, new carpets in the elevators would make a big difference .( thus 4 starts for prop conditions) NONE of that over rides all the rest especially the staff, food and SAFETY. Will be the place I stay when next I come to Ontario/LA
