We checked in in the room was dirty, the carpets weren’t clean. The amenities that we were told were available were not available. We were booked for three nights, and immediately requested to cancel as much of our booking as we could. We were told, in writing, that we could be reimbursed for the last night of our stay. Expedia sent us an email confirming this. After we checked out, the next day, receipt, we received an email stating that now we could not receive our refund, even though we have verified written documentation stating otherwise. Very very frustrating. We go to Vegas often as to our friends and will never ever ever travel or stay there again. We have left several messages for the hotel to call us to remedy this and we have not had our call returned. We spent two hours managing this on the first day, hours we could’ve been outside exploring. And at that time, it was all fixed. When we checked out, they confirmed that it was going to be refunded. And we did not receive a message until the next day when we were offsite. Despite having written confirmation from Expedia, after they consulted the manager, stating otherwise. Very poor customer service from Expedia and the hotel. We are very frustrated.

Housekeeping never came to our room to clean or replace the towels. The drink server never came over to where we were playing slots, I told the server my daughter would like to order a drink and she still never came so we left the casino
