Many good things. It came across as clean and adequately stocked, having most basic items you would need for using the kitchen, utensils, dishware, even a toaster. The space was generous and comfy for three adults. Towels were nice and bedding slept well. Dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash were great. Loved the walkout balcony and mountain view.
Yet, the finish selections were dated and although fairly well maintained, they still came across as tired. We came at the tail end of the big pool renovation and that area looked beautiful, but still was closed. We were in town for a conference , so didn't end up using the other pool either as it was closed after 6pm. The first night after checking in we managed to get to the lounge/bar and order drinks and dinner before 5:45 pm when they stop taking orders. If the hours were later there we would have gone again as the server was top notch and food was decent. Good atmosphere to unwind.
One thing other reviewers mentioned was the obligatory time share conversation. We were not able to participate in the timeshare presentation at all because we had our days booked at the convention center, so cannot comment on that. It would not be my kind of thing anyway, so they are probably better off not having expended energy trying with me.
Overall it was a positive stay, but to get the best value, plan to be at the property during the day.
