The staff was excellent, professional, friendly & efficient. Shower area too small, AC too loud. Drawer on dresser kept sliding open. It had been taped on the side and evidently the tape broke. We didn’t need to use any drawers so we didn’t touch them to cause them to open.

The dresser was dirty/dusty and doesn’t closed. Two drawers opens all the way and doesn’t closed. We did not use because the clothes are exposed. We had our Do Not Disturb sign on the door then took it off on the 3rd day so someone can clean the room and we need new towels but nobody came. On the 4th day, I called Housekeeping to have our room clean as soon as possible because we’re going for breakfast and when we came back, the bed was made, trash was emptied but you can tell that the floor wasn’t vaccuumed because you can see small pieces of trash on the floor. We wanted to schedule a tour but nobody is at the desk. I was told to call the bell desk and when I did nobody answered so we had to wait for the next day to schedule it.

Do not stay here!!!!! Hotel is filthy, the smell of cigarettes is incredible even in the room. No upkeep of the hotel, very outdated, carpeting is filthy. We were there 6 days and literally only heard the maid use the vacuum for about 5 minutes in total on our floor during our entire stay. Restaurant employees were all very nice.
