The staff were fantastic, they went out of their way to help us and were a pleasure to deal with. On our second visit our bed was rock hard and we couldn’t sleep, the power points didn’t work. When we spoke to reception they had us moved to another better room within a few hours.

A ‘smart’ hotel located between shopping malls. The breakfast buffet was amazing and mind-bogglingly extensive, and the hotel was generally comfortable. A kettle and mini fridge in the room would have made a really positive difference, and the shower is unbelievably noisy. However, overall, for a bit of 1970’s chic and kind, helpful staff it was a fine choice.
