Stayed on the club level. Very impressed. Drinks from 5-7pm were great. After one day the staff have memorized your drink preferences. The snacks were enough for a meal. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was amazing. Every culture catered for. Getting 3 items of clothing laundered each night was an unexpected bonus. Finally late checkout was included and I was able to stay in the club lounge until I left for my flight. The concierge even organized a Grab to the airport for me.

Lovely 3 day stay in Kuala Lumpur
Hotel is in an ideal location. A couple of minutes walk from the local metro station which goes directly to KL Central station. Plenty of eating and drinking options in the area. Close to one of the main shopping areas of KL. The hop on / off bus leaves directly across from the hotel. The facilities in the hotel were very good. Breakfast was superb and the evening drinks were a lovely bonus. I used both the gym and swimming pool which were excellent. If / when I return again to KL I would definitely consider staying here again.

Long queue at check-in. Room wasn’t ready even though I was an hour early for the check-in. Had to wait a long time to get the room after the actual check-in time. Mini bar was empty. There was no iron or ironing board which I had to request it. Bathroom didn’t have a bin. Air conditioning wasn’t working to the max . The temperature in the room wouldn’t go below 22 degrees while we on 17th floor and it was 35 degrees outside. I was expecting a lot more from a hotel like ParkRoyal.
