Great but skimpy bedding arrangement

Location: 5min walk to nearest train.
Everything was fantastic, except we booked & paid for 2adults & 1 child, specifying aged 12yrs. However, we only got 1 king bed. We queried at reception & they stated an extra bed would cost, even though we already paid for 3people. Everyone needs a good nights sleep right, especially for the money!

Wow, amazing!

Pros: Everything.
Cons: The need to log in to wi-fi each time we wanted to use it was a little annoying, but at this price, who cares!
Location: Shopping, restaurants and train stations are all nearby.
The Pullman was a last minute decision as a hotel and what a great decision that was. The staff were helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The location is sensational with easy access to shops and restaurants. The complimentary shuttle bus was also easy to use. For the price we paid I couldn't be happier!

Business 5 star hotel

In the middle of nowhere. Lack of retails shop/restaurant surrounding beside hotel restaurants. Suit for business trip.
