Bad wifi connection. Unable to work with VPN

Pros: Having Aeroline office in the lobby
Cons: Better Wifi
Location: Close to MRT and KLCC
Will definitely stay at Furama in future. Great internet connection and staff services. Very spacious rooms.

Value for Money within walking distance to KLCC

We keep coming back here, our 7th time, as the hotel is within 100 meters of KLCC MRT station. Easy access to KLCC centre, good restaurants KL Sentral and other places. Counter staff were always pleasent to deal with. Quiet rooms to rest and relax.

Gettung a little long in the tooth

The hotel is starting to show its age. The doors to the bathroom had mould on it. The carpet looked worn. We had requested a non-smoking room but there was a smell in the room that I couldn't put my finger on. Even the sheets smelt. You get used to the smell after two days, but on arrival it is overpowering.
